01 / How we help

Make room for
better questions.

Understand the coverage you have. Talk through what matters to you. Explore options without committing to a change.

Review Your Current Policy

Have your policy or coverage summary ready. An agent can review the information you provide and discuss your questions. We cannot retrieve your carrier account or confirm its official status.

Understand Your Coverage

Discuss the benefits, limits and terms shown in your policy documents. Your policy and the carrier’s records control your coverage; we cannot make a carrier coverage or claim decision.

Explore Available Options

If you want to consider other coverage, ask about products an agent is licensed and authorized to offer. Availability, eligibility and pricing vary. A review does not change or cancel your existing policy.

Speak With a Licensed Agent

You reach My Policy Help Desk’s licensed insurance agents, not your carrier’s customer-service department. Our agents review coverage and offer insurance options; payments, account changes and claims belong with the carrier.

02 / The conversation

Real questions.
A person to talk to.

You speak directly with our licensed insurance agents—not TruStage’s customer-service department.

  1. Tell us what you’re reviewing.

Bring your coverage questions and the policy information you have available.

  2. Look at the details together.

An agent reviews the information you provide and discusses the benefits and limitations shown in your documents.

  3. Consider your next steps.

Discuss available insurance options, with no obligation to buy. A review does not change or cancel your policy.

03 / What to have ready

A few details.
A better starting point.

Keep your policy or coverage summary nearby. We work from the information you choose to discuss—not access to your carrier account.

  • Your policy or certificate and issuing insurer
  • The coverage amount and premium shown on your documents
  • Questions about benefits, limitations or available insurance options

Your TruStage policy

Preparing to review your TruStage coverage

Have your TruStage policy or certificate and latest premium notice ready. Online account and payment options depend on the policy. A review with our agency uses the documents you provide, not access to TruStage’s account systems.

Need official account service?

For a payment not showing, login trouble or official policy-status confirmation, contact TruStage. We cannot process or investigate a carrier payment.

About My Policy Help Desk

My Policy Help Desk is an independent licensed insurance agency.

Our licensed insurance agents review the policy information you provide and discuss products they are licensed and authorized to offer.

We are not owned by, operated by or endorsed by TruStage, any insurance carrier or any government agency.

Products, pricing and eligibility vary by state, age, health, policy type and insurer requirements. Not all options are available to every applicant.

Before you call

A few things
worth knowing.

Clear answers, from the start.

Is this TruStage customer service?

No. Calls reach My Policy Help Desk’s licensed insurance agents. We are an independent agency, not TruStage. We review documents you provide and discuss insurance options; we cannot access carrier accounts, take carrier payments, change carrier records or process claims.

Can My Policy Help Desk check whether TruStage received my payment?

No. We cannot access TruStage accounts, accept carrier payments or verify receipt of a payment. Use TruStage’s official policyholder contacts for that request. Our agents can separately discuss the coverage information you provide and available insurance options.

Is there any obligation?

No. There is no obligation to buy insurance or change your coverage. A review does not change or cancel your current policy. If you choose to explore another policy, ask about its costs, eligibility requirements and coverage terms before making a decision.

Will I speak with a licensed agent?

Yes. Calls reach our licensed insurance agents directly. They can review the coverage information you provide and offer available insurance options. Products, pricing and eligibility depend on your state, age, health, policy type and the insurer’s requirements.

What should I have ready for a policy review?

Have your policy or coverage summary and the questions you want to discuss ready. We review information you provide; we do not log in to your carrier account. Do not share account passwords or one-time security codes with us.

Can you check a payment, policy status or claim?

No. Only your carrier can confirm a payment, account balance, official policy status or claim decision. Contact the carrier using the details on your policy or its official website. My Policy Help Desk offers independent coverage review, not carrier account servicing.
